Kelly McGeehan currently leads Strategy for Consultant Relations at Vanguard. She has been with Vanguard for over 10 years and her current role is focused on partnering across the organization to drive value for strategic initiatives. Previous roles include leading Strategic Planning and Governance for Vanguard's Institutional Investor Group, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and priorities as an analyst in Vanguard's Corporate Strategy group, and various leadership and client facing roles.

Prior to Vanguard, Kelly completed two years of public service with City Year Philadelphia, an @AmeriCorps program. She is a strong advocate for finding ways to engage in your communities, having served on Alumni Board for City Year, the Student Advisory Board at UNC, and across various workplace interest groups at Vanguard.

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Kelly was excited to reconnect with her home state through the MBA@UNC program (’22). And she is thrilled to continue to engage with the UNC community and help drive a lasting impact through the 100 Women initiative. Outside of work, Kelly and her husband, Mark, enjoy spending time with their daughter and experiencing the world through her eyes.
