McAllister works as an Associate at Goldman Sachs on the Global Banking & Markets (GBM) Management & Strategy team. In this role, she works to drive and implement strategic initiatives across the business segment. She also supports GBM’s learning, engagement, and training strategy. Prior to this role, McAllister worked in the Atlanta office of Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management.

McAllister graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022. While at UNC, she served on the Panhellenic Executive Council, was a UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School STAR Ambassador, and was Co-President of the Dean’s Advancement Council. We look forward to helping her transform her student leadership into alumni leadership.

McAllister is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and currently lives in New York City. She enjoys trying new restaurants in the city, going on walks with her dog, Mayberry, and cheering on the Heels!
