Catie works for Hanold Associates, a Chicago based retained executive search firm where she focuses on recruiting Chief People Officers, Talent, HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leaders and their respective teams across industries. Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Catie worked as an investment banking analyst in the cross markets group at Goldman Sachs in Chicago where she focused on M&A advisory work.

Catie recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022. While at UNC, she served as the Head of Corporate Relations for Kenan Flagler’s Carolina Woman in Business organization and worked as a teaching assistant for Kenan Flagler’s Mergers & Acquisitions course as well as for the Leadership in Action elective.

She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and currently lives in Chicago. She enjoys playing all types of racket sports, trying new restaurants, and supporting her Tarheels! Catie is readily available to connect with students who have any curiosity, whether they want to explore the offerings of KFBS, discuss the transition to the professional world after graduation, or seek guidance on career development and opportunities.
